Pray for those who are in bushfire areas. I was speaking with Susie at Warrimoo this morning. Her home backs onto the bush. She said that everyone at Springwood Family Church (a network of home churches) is ok, but the conditions around them are awful. The heat and the smoke as well as the possibility of danger are constant factors at this time. Rain and cool conditions are needed badly. Jan and Ken Goodlet are also ok but their area is on alert because the fires are in the valley near them. Please pray for protection for those living in the area, for those fighting the fires, and especially for the conditions that will put the fires out.
